I’ve been visiting Six Barrel Soda Co. since they were tearing out and fitting their premises on the corner of Dixon and Eva Streets. It’s been exciting watching the cafe take shape. Here’s the deal – it’s a soda factory, but it’s also a cafe serving up their small batch soda’s, sliders, coffee and treats. The place is simple, comfortable and a pleasure for the food photographer. I’ll let the photos describe the rest.
I just (re)discovered this last week, last time I was there it was Eva Dixons! They’ve done a lovely job, I like being able to look out over Dixon St.
It must be a pretty cool place to rediscover when returning to Wellington.
