The Best Damn Falafel

Waiting in line for L’As Du Fallafel can sometimes take a little while – an early lunch meant no queue on our first day but there was a 30 minute wait on December 25th though it’s most definitely worth it. It’s probably the best falafel I’ve ever had and I’m utterly jonesing for some right now, nearly three weeks later.

I’d just about managed to forget how good this was, two months ago. Every time I order falafel from somewhere else, I’m just disappointed now that I know how good it can be. drool.

  2. Beauteous photos, Jason! Not sure if it’s pinpointable, but specifically what makes this felafel so incredible?

Thanks Laura! I can’t quite pinpoint it, while the falafel by itself was crunchy on the outside and not dry on the inside, perhaps it’s a combination of everything. In sandwich form every bite is perfect and can contain hummus (also great in an unidentifiable way, but I’ve heard peeling the chickpeas is a secret), eggplant & cabbage… I’m confident that I can’t replicate this.

Stunning photos. What the heck is that mini camera?
